MEFL submission to VEET Regulatory Impact Statement

MEFL has argued for a stronger focus on the benefits of energy efficiency, over and above its value in carbon offsetting, in our response to the Victorian Government's Regulatory Impact Statement about the Victorian Energy Efficiency Target (VEET) scheme which is set to begin in January 2009.
